About Us

History

Our story starts way back, since 2003

ENOW-NJOCK Foundation (ENF) is a distinguished Cameroonian non-governmental charity organization. What initially started as an informal Community-Based Organization (CBO) in 2003 took a significant step by registering as an association in 2005, and has since evolved to gain official NGO status and charity foundation recognition in 2023.

Dedicated to enhancing education in Cameroon, ENF collaborates with over 100 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), jointly advocating to influence government policy and spearhead reform initiatives. Our commitment revolves around bridging individuals to policies and best practices, aiming to foster a more robust educational system and holistic development across Cameroon. Our influence encompasses diverse avenues, including running our own schools, engaging in governmental advocacy, orchestrating awareness campaigns, media engagement, knowledge dissemination throughout our networks, holding authorities accountable, and sponsoring excellence awards events.

At the core of our philosophy is the belief that our impact as a non-governmental organization is amplified when we collaborate. Concurrently, the foundation has observed a distressing escalation in the population of orphans and vulnerable children throughout Cameroon, a trend that has become a focal point for our endeavors.

ENF, a community-based non-governmental organization, has been dedicated to uplifting communities since 2003. Operating in the South West, Centre, Littoral, and Adamawa Regions of Cameroon.
